DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - For the first time in history ERAU's women's golf program is rated as the No. 1 team in the nation according to Golfstat. The Eagles are 100-0 against NAIA schools this year and 1-0 against teams ranked in the top 25.
The Blue and Gold are shooting a 79.57 average for the season. The Eagles have competed at the Daytona State Lady Falcon Invite where they finished fourth of 13 teams, as well as the NSU Sharks Invitational where they placed sixth of 13 teams.
Sun Conference members Northwood and SCAD are also rated in the top six with the Seahawks at No. 3 and the Bees at No. 6.
ERAU competes at the Flagler Fall Slam today and tomorrow in St. Augustine, Fla. at the World Golf Village.
